If you need help caring for a child with learning, social or behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities, PIMCO gives you access to a 100% paid benefit program through RethinkCare. This program provides 24/7 access to tools and resources to help you feel in control of your child’s full potential. PIMCO employees have a bank of 12 hours of free clinical consultations with a RethinkCare Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

You can set aside up to $4,400 (plus the $600 match* from PIMCO) in pre-tax dollars to reimburse yourself for eligible day care (for children under age 13 and disabled dependent children of any age) and elder care expenses each year. The amount you contribute is credited to your account each pay period and any unused balance not claimed for the plan year after May 31 is forfeited. This account cannot be used for healthcare expenses.

Once you enroll, you can manage your account and file claims for reimbursement on the ThrivePass website and app.
