You have a number of voluntary benefits that provide added financial protection through Securian Financial.

• Critical Illness Insurance – If you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness, this benefit pays you a fixed cash benefit which you can use to help pay for out-of-pocket costs not covered by other benefits like travel expenses for treatment, rent and groceries. You can purchase coverage for yourself and eligible dependents in amounts of $10,000, $20,000 or $30,000.
• Accidental Injury Insurance – This benefit pays you a fixed cash benefit if a covered person suffers certain injuries or undergoes a broad range of medical treatments or care resulting from a covered accident. It can help you pay for out-of-pocket costs that may not be covered by traditional insurance, such as rehabilitation, transportation or childcare expenses. You can choose between the Low Plan and the High Plan.
• Hospital Indemnity Insurance – This benefit provides daily cash payments to help cover costs from hospital stays, including admission, confinement, ICU care and rehabilitation. It can be used for medical expenses not covered by your health plan or for everyday costs like travel or childcare.
