Total Health Connections
Available to those enrolled in an Anthem or Kaiser medical plan.
You have access to Total Health Connections, which offers enhanced benefits and a dedicated Family Advocate. The Family Advocate is your single point of contact to support you and your family. You also have access to enhanced benefits such as Clinical Advocates, resources for growing your family, virtual primary care through the Sydney Health app and behavioral health support.
If you are enrolled in the Anthem plan, the Family Advocate can help you find in-network providers and facilities, schedule appointments, understand your benefits, stay on top of preventive care and connect you with resources.

Anthem Cancer Concierge Program
Available to those enrolled in an Anthem medical plan.
The Anthem Cancer Concierge Program provides concierge care for employees and family members enrolled in an Anthem medical plan who are diagnosed with cancer. You can take advantage of virtual second options to ensure you or your family member is on the right treatment path from initial diagnosis. You’ll also get 24/7 monitoring technology and round-the-clock access to a doctor through LiveHealth Online, plus real-time remote diagnosis and triage by a physician.
This concierge-style service and doctors work hand-in-hand with therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists to integrate mental and physical care, plus VIP services for clinical trials (e.g., help with arranging travel and accommodations, ancillary needs (such as wheelchairs or oxygen tanks) and personal guidance throughout your travel experience).
